Naya Kanga Peak Climbing

It is the fifteenth highest trekking peek in Nepal. It was formally known as Kanga Chuli. It is situated in the southern flank of Langtang region of Nepal and towering over the south of alpine Langtang valley and holy lakes of Gosainkunda. The normal route to this peak is via the snowy northeast ridge over a line on ice and snow. The trip starts either from Dhunche or Syabru Bensi. From Dhunche the trail goes slowly up to the Kyangjin Gompa, a famous Buddhist monastery and continues up the base camp crossing Kangala (4510m), one of the strenuous high mountain passes.
