The temple of Manakamana is situated 125 km to the west of Kathmandu. The deity of the Hindu goddess Bhagawati is housed in the temple at the top of the hill (1,302 m). It is a 3 hr drive from Kathmandu on the highway to Pokhara. At Kurintar one can take the cable car up to the temple. Pokhara is an enchanting town nestled in a tranquil valley known as a hub of adventure. Its natural ambience which allows enjoying lakeside tranquility and breathtaking views of magnificent Machhapurchre (Fish Tail) Peak (6993m) has transformed Pokhara into a paradise of the planet. This valley which is 200 km away from Kathmandu has been the base camp for many of Nepal's most popular trekking and rafting destinations. Sarangkot is located to the north of the Pokhara Valley. The area carries historical significance, and its name is derived from the Magar language. Most people prefer to walk up the gentle slopes, enjoying the mountain views and, as one reaches higher, the views of the lake and township are especially spectacular from here. The hilltop is also accessible by road, a barely 25-minute drive. Sarangkot is a popular take-off point for paragliders. Nagarkot is one of the most popular mountain resort destinations in the Kathmandu Valley rim. Located 30 km east of Kathmandu, Nagarkot is a magnificent place to spend the night and awaken to view the sunrising across the wide Himalayan range. It is also the starting point of the valley rim trek for those who are in Nepal for short stay.

Itinerary Detail

DAY 01 : Arrive Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan Airport.

2.00 p.m. Visit Swayambhunath -The Monkey Temple
3.30 p.m. Visit all area of Kathmandu Durbar Square to enter and see Kastha Mandap , Hanuman Dhoka Durbar
(The Old Royal Palace) , Kumari Bahal , Taleju Temple , Kala Bhairav. And after that go through Makhan Tole and Indra Chowk.
6.30 p.m. Check in Hotel Vaishali and have dinner at the hotel. After that free time for shopping Thamel Area.

DAY 02 : Kathmandu – Manakamana Tempel – Pokhara

08.00 a.m. Leave Kathmandu earlier to Pokhara City
12.00 p.m. Have lunch
01.30 p.m. Visit Hindu Temple “ Manakamana Temple “ by taking cable car that we can see the top of Annapura and Manasulu Mountain

07.00 p.m. Have dinner at the hotel and after that free time for shopping.

DAY 03 : Phewa Lake - Bindhabasani Temple – Sarangkot

08.00 a.m. Rowing boat to see the beautiful scenery of Phewa Lake and continue to visit the Golden Temple of Barahi
09.30 a.m. Visit Hindu Temple “ Bindhabasani
11.00 a.m. Visit Old Market that is located in the south of Bindhabasani Temple
12.30 p.m. Have lunch
02.00 p.m. Start trekking to Sarangkot
04.30 p.m. Reach Sarangkot and check in the Superview Lodge
06.00 p.m. Take a picture of sunset and have dinner

DAY 04 :Sarangkot - Seti river - K.I.Singh Bridge - Devi fall - Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave - Tibetan Refugee camps

05.30 a.m. Walking up to the hill to see the superb view of sunset and we can see the mountain range of
Annapura I – IV, Annapura South and Machhapuchhare

08.30 a.m. Start Walking down from Sarangkot. After that visit Seti River , K.I.Singh Bridge , Devi Fall
Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave and Tibetan Refugee camps
01.30 p.m. Have lunch
02.30 p.m. Free time to relax for riding bycicle or going for a walk or shopping in the city
07.00 p.m. Have dinner together with Nepali Dancing Show. Sleeping at Pokhara Grande Hotel

DAY 05 :Pokhara- Kathmandu –– Bodhnath Stupa - Pashupatinath Temple - Bhuktaphur Durbasquare

- Dattatraya Square (Tachupal Tole) - Nagarkot

08.00 a.m. Go to Pokhara Airport
09.30 a.m. Take domestic plane to Kathmandu (Bird’s eye view)
10.00 a.m. Arrive Kathmandu
10.30 a.m. Visit Bodhnath Stupa. Visit Pashupatinath Temple , the banks of the Bagmati river to see the most
important Hindu pilgrimage. Go through the temple courtyard and outside the temple courtyard
01.00 p.m. Have lunch (Nepali Food)

DAY 06 : Nagarkot – Changu Narayan Mandir – Patan – Kirtipur – Katmandu

08.00 a.m. Go to visit Changu Narayan Mandir which is registered to be the World Heritage

04.30 p.m. Visit Kirtipur city

DAY 07 : Kathmandu – Mountain Flight - International Flight

05.30 a.m. Go to the airport
06.30 a.m. Mountain Flight for 1 hour
08.00 a.m. Go back to the hotel to have breakfast. After that free time for short shopping.
10.30 a.m. Prepare lunch box for your group and move to Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan Airpor.
