Helambu Trek

This trek is comparatively easier one due to the fact that the elevations are lower, ranging between 800m & 3600m, offering less climb as well as experiencing warmer temperatures. The most important benefit of this trek is that the area is less crowded & free from noise in comparison to the Annapurna trek and some parts of the Everest treks. Besides this, the trek offers a wide range of cultures and spectacular scenery.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive Sundarijal to Chisopani (2300 m). Stay at Teahouse

Day 02: Trek to Khutumsang (2,470m)

Day 03: Trek to Tharepati (3490m)

Day 04: Trek to Tarke Gyang (2620m).

Day 05: Trek to Sermathang (2620m).

Day 06: Rest day at Sermathang

Day 07: Trek to Malemchi Pul Bazaar (846m) and drive back to Kathmandu.

International & domestic airport transfers as per the itinerary.
Accommodation with breakfast except trekking and safari package.
Internal transport and flight within Nepal as per the itinerary.

Entry Visa fees - at present $25 for 15 day & US$ 40 for 30 day visa on entry in Nepal.
Insurance which covers, medical, emergency evacuation, lost, theft expenses.
Drinks; both alcoholic and bottled other than sterilized drinking water.
Laundry fee.
